It’s the back size that makes the difference, I’m a 34 band size so 450 will take me to a DD, where if someone with a 30 band size had them they would probably end up an F/G x

I was a 34A and had 450 high profile overs which should take me to a DD, I had mine done as a day case, was discharged from hospital at midnight and managed to take my kids to school 8 hours later....

I never used a Macom and not all surgeons recommend them anyway, I used m&s zip front ones, very comfy xx
